Area Director at Jersey Mike's

Andrea Faulkner has been part of Jersey Mike’s Subs since 2016; currently serving as one of the Area Directors for Jersey Mike’s Franchise Systems, as well a franchisee and advisor for Team New England’s Corporate Store Division. 

A licensed cosmetologist and hair stylist for over 15 years, Andrea made the transition over to Jersey Mike’s Subs and worked her way up, beginning her career as a crew member in Beverly, MA. 

Understanding and embracing the importance of people development and team culture, Andrea has successfully led the charge with one of the busiest Jersey Mike’s restaurants in the country employing multiple individuals with autism. A brand that believes in Making A Difference in Someone’s Life, Andrea has made that her sole purpose throughout her career with Jersey Mike’s Subs. 

As the brand continues to grow in New England, Andrea’s mission is to promote inclusivity in the workplace.
