Paola Nolan

Chief of Staff for NISAMEX

Paola is the Chief of Staff for NISAMEX, LLC, one of the largest Jersey Mike’s Franchise Operators in the country. In this role, Paola serves as a strategic partner to ownership and executive leadership, while leading the execution of company-wide initiatives by coordinating efforts across Operations, Finance, Human Resources, Marketing, Community Relations and more. Paola is also a Jersey Mike’s franchise owner herself, and serves on the Jersey Mike’s National Advisory Council. Paola holds a Master of Science in organizational Leadership and Development from the University of La Verne

Paola leads NISAMEX’s partnership with the Flutie Foundation, building on each organization’s shared values of inclusion, access and empowerment. This partnership has led to significant funds raised and lasting connections between team members in stores and the local autism community throughout their California locations.

Paola lives in Southern California with her husband of 10 years and their two daughters. A die-hard Dodgers fan, she enjoys volunteering with youth sports programs during the season.
