Bailey Robertson

Bailey is 24 years old and was diagnosed with autism before his 2nd birthday.  He is kind and happy and loves to play video games, draw different characters and enjoys time with his family.

He first began to draw when he was very young, starting with the alphabet and numbers, and as he got older, he began drawing his favorite animated characters from television and movies, in addition to Mario characters as these represented his favorite video games. He would draw the same pictures repeatedly perfecting every detail.

He soon learned how to create scenes and often put several pages in order making a storybook – sometimes with only a ballpoint pen.

Bailey works at a state-run redemption facility where he sorts recycled bottles and cans 4.5 days per week; and on weekends often spends time on Cape Cod with his family.

He loves music and enjoys participating in Spectrum of Sound along with his peers!
