Giana Cucchi is a data-driven sales leader with over 8 years of experience in B2B SaaS Sales, specializing in selling to HR Executives at Fortune 1000 companies and the U.S. Government. She currently leads a sales team at HR Acuity, where she is responsible for leading new business revenue generation and go-to-market strategies in a fast-paced technology environment. Giana has a strong background in building high-performing teams and developing impactful sales strategies, with a deep commitment to mentoring and advancing women in sales. Giana’s educational background includes a B.S. in International Business, with a minor in Spanish, from Fairfield University. 

Outside of work, Giana is a Board Member of the Doug Flutie Jr. Foundation for Autism, and has run multiple Boston Marathons for Dougie’s Team. Giana’s experience fundraising and advocating for the Flutie Foundation has fueled her lifelong commitment to supporting and enhancing the lives of individuals and families affected by Autism. 

Giana lives in Medford, Massachusetts with her husband, Alex, and dog, Lily.
