Joe Chirichella

Joe is the Vice President of Tax Reporting & Compliance for Becton Dickinson, which is a leading medical technology company located in Franklin Lakes, NJ.  In his role, Joe is responsible for all of BD’s U.S. tax compliance, audit, and global tax reporting functions as well as a leader in many of BD’s global tax planning initiatives.  Joe began his tax career in public accounting having worked at both Ernst & Whinney and Price Waterhouse before moving into the corporate tax world, where he has spent the last thirty years with Unilever, UST, Lucent and Becton Dickinson.

Joe received his B.S. in Accounting from St. Peter’s College and his M.B.A. in Taxation and Finance from the Stern School of Business, NYU.  Joe is a CPA and member of the AICPA, NJSCPA, TEI and COST.
