Michelle Vinokurov

Michelle Vinokurov is an autistic self-advocate who was diagnosed with autism around the age of 2. Today, she works full time on the behavior team for the School District of Manatee County. She collobrates with schools while creating individualized behavior plans for neurodiverse students that meets their own individual needs and enchances their quality of life. Plus, Michelle works various roles on the side with Full Spectrum ABA (an ABA therapy company): Board Certified Behavior Analyst Assistant (BCaBA), Blogger, and Autistic Advocate/Co-Director of the Autism Inclusion Program. On her own time, she runs a blog website called, “The World of Autism”.
