Tyler Lagasse

Tyler Lagasse is a 37-year-old Special Olympic USA National Gold Medalist as well as 3-time National Silver Medalist from Tyngsborough, Massachusetts. He won his gold medal this past June at the USA National Games, held in Orlando, Florida. In 2017, he was awarded with an Honorary ESPY Award for excellence and enthusiasm of athletics. His story has been featured on the Golf Channel. Outside of sports, he is an accomplished co-author of his autobiography titled “What Do You Say? Autism with Character.” He is a motivational speaker sharing his personal story to motivate and inspire people living and interacting with individuals diagnosed with autism and intellectual disabilities. He has given a Ted Talk to a global audience. In 2019, Tyler became a graduate of UMass-Lowell earning a bachelor’s degree in Earth, Environmental, and Atmospheric Science.
