Charles Quigless III goes by the name of C-Quig. He is a rapper from St. Louis, MO. When he was two & a half years old he was diagnosed with autism. Doctors told his parents he would not be able to have a conversation with them. Now, at age 20, Charlie is a full-time college student at Millikin University studying music business AND an up-and-coming rapper, singer, and performer.
