Milosz Gasior is a 23-year-old minimally verbal pianist and advocate for inclusion. Diagnosed with moderate to severe autism at age 2.5, he has become an award-winning artist whose life and music continue to break barriers. He made history as the first piano major with autism to graduate from the Pinellas County Center for the Arts in the school’s 35-year history and received the honorary title “Mr. Inspirational,” awarded by HELP US Gather (HUG).
Since June 2024, Milosz has volunteered weekly as a piano performer at Moffitt Cancer Center, and since August 2025, he has also served as a volunteer musician at Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital, using music as a source of comfort and healing.

He is the recipient of the Outstanding Youth Award, presented during an ADA Celebration at Straz Center for the Performing Arts and hosted by the Tampa Mayor’s Alliance for Persons with Disabilities, the Hillsborough County Alliance for Citizens with Disabilities, and the City of Tampa. Milosz was nominated by physicians and leaders from Moffitt Cancer Center’s Arts in Medicine and Volunteer Services departments, as well as the American Institute of Polish Culture.

Milosz’s story was featured at TEDx, and a PBS short documentary about his journey received a NATAS Suncoast Chapter Emmy Award. He has performed nationally and internationally, including appearances in Chicago; Washington, DC, at the Consulate of the Republic of Poland; and across Poland, including Warsaw, Krakow, Wroclaw, Rzeszow, and other cities.

His performances at major cultural institutions and public venues include Ars Sonora at the University of Tampa, the James Museum of Western & Wildlife Art, the Tampa Museum of Art, The Coliseum in St. Petersburg, Tampa International Airport during four consecutive holiday seasons, and the Florida Botanical Gardens Holiday Lights series.
