Michele & Bob Brait
The Brait family has supported the Flutie Foundation for many years. Michelle was a board member, and Bob and Michele hosted a long-running event that raised funds for the Flutie Foundation. In recent years, Jack Brait has become a wonderful STARS of the Spectrum advocate as an adaptive runner, public speaker, artist and so much more.
Our son Jack is member of the Flutie adaptive run team. His team mentors spent months training with him, offering support, encouragement, friendship and a community, that helped him accomplish a life goal and dream come true, completing the Boston Marathon.
The standout memory for us was watching Jack cross the finish line at Boston his body tired, his face beaming with pride and joy, his hands high in the air, holding the hands of his Flutie support runners that were on either side of him. A shared victory with those who were with him every step of the way! We are forever grateful for them, and to the Flutie Foundation for all they do to enrich the lives of those living with Autism and their families .
