Video and Content Coordinator

The Flutie Foundation is seeking a skilled videographer, video editor, and content creator to handle our video production and digital content efforts from concept through final cut. This role is responsible for filming, editing, and delivering compelling video content, along with supporting digital graphics and social media assets, that amplify our mission to support people with autism and their families.

You'll independently shoot and edit high-impact videos and produce digital graphic assets for campaigns, events, partnerships, and evergreen brand initiatives, while managing projects that involve program participants, families, and community partners from planning through delivery. Ideal candidates are strong self-shooters and editors with a good eye for design, comfortable directing non-professional talent with care and sensitivity, and able to juggle multiple productions in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

About the Doug Flutie Jr. Foundation for Autism

Former NFL quarterback Doug Flutie and his wife Laurie, founded the Doug Flutie Jr. Foundation for Autism in 1998 after their son, Dougie, was diagnosed with autism at age three. Inspired by their family’s journey, the Flutie Foundation has raised over $45 million for schools and organizations providing clinical therapies, respite care, recreational programs, social skills training, job support, and more. The foundation also delivers education technology tools, adaptive camp scholarships, safety equipment, and direct family support through strategic partnerships and special initiatives.
